Recognize Education And Learning (REAL) is a mentorship and research program that equips college students with workshop-facilitation training to support high school learners in reducing stress and improving outcomes. REAL mentors deliver evidence-informed workshops that strengthen self-efficacy through practical tools for quantitative behavior supports and qualitative self-reported wellbeing. With rigorous evaluation, REAL measures changes in referrals and stress levels for students and guardians—advancing psychological safety, wellbeing, and healthier learning environments.
