I grew up in Woodmere, OH and attended Orange High School.  I had a few exceptional teachers in high school and they inspired me to be a history teacher. I’ve always had a passion for fitness so when I went to college, I decided to change courses and pursue a career in fitness instruction.  It was still in the teaching arena but in a different capacity. I graduated from Bowling Green State University with a degree in Nutrition & Fitness.

Currently, I’m the owner of Fit Circuit which is a training facility in Bedford, OH. I instruct group exercise classes at the facility as well as free classes at various recreation centers throughout the city of Cleveland. Likewise, I instruct group training for athletes and personal training sessions.  In addition, I have an internship program for exercise science majors in which I can provide them with real world experience and first hand knowledge of the fitness industry. I’ve also worked with local area high schools to speak with their students about entrepreneurship and small business management.

In the future, I plan on expanding my reach in order to help more individuals reach their fitness goals. I’m currently in the market for a larger training facility. More space is needed to accommodate my growing client base.  A larger space will also allow me to bring on additional trainers to utilize the facility to train their clients.  I’m also currently developing an online platform that will allow me to provide fitness programming to a wider range of clientele.
