Zuri Williams

Zuri Elise Nyamekye Williams was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. She is proud of her Ghanian heritage. She is loved, observant and ambitious. Zuri is a cherished daughter and a loyal friend.  She is the oldest of 3 children. Zuri’s vibrant energy touches all who encounter her. 

Zuri had her first major role as a supporting actress in the  Disney Kids Musical, Cats, in the 3rd grade. A member of the Campus International School Orchestra, she has been a student and performer of the Bass for 6 consecutive school years. Zuri was an award winning Model United Nations delegate. Zuri was a longtime volunteer at the After School program at one of Cleveland’s inner city schools, where she served students and their families with a kind smile and generous heart. An entrepreneur, Zuri started Zuri Bee LLC in 2019 where she creates 100% Aloe Vera products by hand. Her most recent product line includes a Hair Serum and Hand sanitizer. 

Zuri will start her first corporate paid position at McDonald’s this summer. She’s excited to pay her dues in the workforce and learn skills that will last her a lifetime. When she’s not resting from teenage hood, Zuri plans to enjoy this summer in the company of her friends. Zuri accepted a scholarship to attend Beaumont : All-Girls Catholic School this fall. She’s eager to study religion and experience all that the International Bacclaureate program at Beaumont, has to offer. She plans to play Tennis and join the Mock Trial club. As she looks forward to the future, Zuri is considering attending an HBCU after she graduates high school. These days she is weighing her options as she considers a career in Law or Medicine. As she continues to develop into a young woman, we are excited to see how she changes our world for the better!
