My name is Tommy. I was born in Cleveland, Ohio. I am a ten year-old student at Royal Redeemer Lutheran School in North Royalton. This school year I am going into fifth grade. My favorite subjects are math, science, and physical education. I have good grades. This past school year, I had mostly A’s in all of my classes and received academic awards in all the four quarters. I live with my mom, dad and sister. My parents encourage me to work hard and keep having good work. I think that the way to success is to work hard, have good work ethics, and to not get into trouble.
I love sports. I play basketball and soccer. Basketball is my favorite sport and I have been playing it since when I was four years old. Since last year I have been playing basketball for my school and for the travel league. I started playing soccer in the travel league last year. Also, I love football and would like to play, but my parents don’t want me to play because I could get injured or get a concussion. I hope they allow me to play flag football someday. I also like baseball but I never got the opportunity to play. This summer I will go to a baseball camp.
When I grow up I would like to be a professional basketball player and make it to the NBA. After my basketball career is over, I still want to be involved with basketball. I want to be either a coach or in the front office of an NBA organization. I also want to be a sports analyst of not only basketball but also other sports.
