I’m from Cleveland, Ohio, and my journey through high school has been significantly influenced by my freshman year math teacher, Mr. Dickerson. He has been a constant source of guidance and support, helping me navigate the challenges of high school. I’m also a member of the Student First Ring Leadership Program at Cleveland State University (CSU), which has allowed me to develop my leadership skills. Additionally, I have experience working in the food industry and spent my first two years of high school playing basketball.

Currently, I am studying culinary arts, a field that I am passionate about. Although I do not volunteer at the moment, I recently completed an engaging budgeting project in which our teacher assigned us hypothetical lives with various financial situations, including debt, children, and spouses. This project taught me valuable life skills and the importance of financial planning.

Looking ahead, my goal is to enter the field of architecture. I am excited to further my education and pursue this passion by attending a college in Ohio. I am eager to combine my creativity with practical skills to contribute to the design and construction of innovative structures in the future.
