
REAL athletes understand the importance of staying in peak shape in-season and during the off-season!
We offer basketball and football conditioning on and off the court/field. The purpose is to translate REAL workshops into athletic training.
College athletes are trained to lead the sessions, chosen by high school coaches, once a week during practice time or after practice.
During the off-season we provide physical training on the field or court, while in-season training occurs in a classroom setting.
We will collect data on school attendance, behavior referrals, graduation rates, wins & losses.
Utilize REAL Conditioning to provide mental conditioning & resiliency while overcoming
obstacles with a positive mindset to help improve team morale.
