Plan, organize, and run one REAL event per semester in their community

• Fall Semester Options:
  • Helping You Pass Everything (HYPE)
  • Lyrically Gifted
  • REAL Chess Tournament
• Spring Semester Options:
  • REAL Recognize REAL
  • REAL Retreat

• Schedule a meeting with the HQ sales team to coordinate necessary event supplies (2 months prior to event)
• REAL Conditioning – help facilitate (if needed)
• Goals:
  • Successfully plan and execute the annual events in your community
  • Create at least one crowdfunding opportunity per event
