
Outreach & Sales
- Gather contacts to add to the newsletter distribution list:
- Email lists for parents and families in the community
- Contact info for local community centers, etc.
- Work with community leaders to help find new schools for REAL
- Identify tabling locations that would be appropriate for REAL and work the table (promote REAL, sell memberships & merchandise)
- Local sporting events, festivals, career/college fairs, open houses, community centers, etc.
- Provide monthly report of sales performance to HQ
- Develop strategy on how to increase sales for REAL merch
- Coordinate after-school program for high school students
- Monthly Goals:
- Organize and work least 2 tabling sessions
- Increase merchandise sales month over month
