From a student’s freshman to senior year, we want to be a part of their journey, preparing them for life after high school!
High schools are provided a set of options that include 52 workshop topics & a weekly itinerary (working with each school regarding when and where the sessions will take place) to see how these workshops
will be implemented throughout the school year.
There will be additional post-high school prep sessions including personality tests, resumes, scholarships, college applications, trade options, etc. as well! Check out an example of Year 1’s itinerary below!
Each session will be led by trained college students who serve as mentors for your high school students. These college students typically come from local colleges/universities.
Each high school will choose the initial group of students to participate with more students able to join throughout the school year.
Sessions will always last less than 1 hour & are very interactive, with the first part of each session being a general discussion/dialogue about the topic and the second half being the application of the topic (i.e., workshop activity).
We collect data on behavior referrals as well as stress levels. We also collect pre-and-post survey data from students to see if they like the workshops and what they learned.
Check our REAL Conditioning program for high school athletes as well!
